In St Hanshaugen there is a nice little pub called Underwater Pub. If I was in Oslo on a Tuesday or Thursday I would go here. That is because they have live performances of opera.
Beware of a fully crowded place at those occassions. Don't expect to find a place to sit.

Nice is a very special place to be.
While staying on the sand beaches so close to the city, you can see a Boeieng 747 passing by at close range every five minutes or so.
I remember that the prices was really affordable, while I was here back in 2000.
Another cool thing with Nice is, that you can tranport yourself pretty quickly to Monaco or Cannes by train.

I would suggest finding a private house for rent in the middle of town if you are looking for an accomodation.

Yes, the Wasa museum is worth a look. Awe and wonder of the effort they put in to make these wessels.
The "gamla stan" is also a must do. I would recommend the square located somewhere in the middle of it, to sit down and have a snack in one of the bars/restaurants.

In the night I would stroll up to the "Söder" and have a seat at one of the benches and just admire the light from the city from high above.
I am not from Stockholm, but I just love this city, it has such a natural beauty. Carved out from granite and the sea.
